For two festivals, I was responsible for the stage design, projection mapping setup, custom content creation, and live visual operation. The goal was to develop a stage concept that would work equally well for band-oriented performances and DJ-focused events. The stage was designed in Adobe Illustrator, the design was then transferred onto wood using VR, which allowed me to align the digital layout directly with the physical build. This workflow significantly reduced the mapping time since the physical construction matched the digital template with exceptional accuracy.
